DELIVERY OF GOODS

Delivery of goods in Lithuania
Free delivery of goods in Lithuania is for orders from 50 EUR,
Paid delivery of items is carried out by one of the selected options:
- To DPD Pickup postage boxes.  The price of the service is 2.32 EUR. If you choose delivery to DPD parcel self-service terminals, you will receive an SMS with the specified information for the pick-up of the parcel. Shipments must be collected within 7 calendar days from the receipt of SMS about the delivery of your shipment. Shipments to parcel self-service terminals are delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch.
- Home delivery via DPD courier service. Service price in Lithuania is 4.31 EUR.  Shipments are delivered only on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00.
Shipments are delivered within 1-2 working days in Lithuania.

Delivery of goods abroad
Free delivery of goods abroad applies to orders from 150 EUR and more.
Paid home delivery of goods is carried out through DPD courier service.
Service price in Latvia and Estonia is 7,89 EUR.
Service price in Poland is 16,14 EUR.
Service price Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France,
Slovakia, and Germany is 20,17 EUR

RULES FOR RETURNING ITEMS

The goods can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods
(this does not apply in case of returning of defective goods).

For the goods returned by the Buyer, the money is returned, by bank transfer, to the Buyer’s
account no later than within 5 working days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller,
minus the shipping costs.
Faulty goods are returned free of charge. Shipping costs are also refunded.

- If the Buyer notices that the package of the submitted shipment is damaged (crushed, wet,
or otherwise externally damaged), the Buyer must mark this in the document of transfer and
acceptance of the parcel and, in the presence of the courier, write an act of violation of the
shipment.
- If the Buyer notices a discrepancy, factory defect or other defects in the goods after
accepting the shipment or picking it up from self-service terminals, he shall immediately
inform the Seller thereof. If the complaint about inadequate quality of the goods is confirmed
and the Buyer returns the goods of inadequate quality, the Seller undertakes to offer similar
quality goods and send them to the buyer, covering the shipping costs. If the Seller is unable
to offer similar quality goods, then the Seller undertakes to return the money for the goods
within 5 working days, while covering the costs of shipping and returning.

When returning the goods, the following conditions must be observed:
- The returned item must be in the original tidy packaging (this item does not apply in case of
return of defective goods).
- The product must not be used and should not lose its commercial appearance: undamaged
labels, etc. (this item does not apply in case of return of defective goods).
- The returned item must be of the same set as received by the Buyer.
These Rules for Returning Goods are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of
the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the enforcement of these rules shall
be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved
in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
